[T275-Venturing] South Padre payment schedule

I have more information on the payment schedule for South Padre. 
Including the troop part of the costs here is what we will need to collect:

By February 17: $280
By April 20: $300
By June 18 (pre-trip meeting): $60.

Including the $50 deposit already paid, this brings the total cost 
per person to $690.
