[T275-Venturing] Payment reminder and meeting announcement

This is a reminder that the next payment of $300 for South Padre is 
due  at the meeting tomorrow.  If you cannot make it to the meeting, 
let's arrange a way for you to get it to me, as I need to send it off 
soon. I prefer checks made out to "Tom Meyer", but "Troop 275" works 
also, it's just a bit more inconvenient. The final payment will be 
for $60, and will be due at the pre-trip meeting on Wednesday, June 18.

I would like to have an information meeting for all scouts going on 
the trip and one or more of their parents.  This is to go over the 
plans, answer questions, and hand out an equipment list. The best 
time for me would be after the troop meeting on April 28.  If there 
is no troop meeting because of an overnight the previous weekend, 
we'll still get together for our meeting. If this date doesn't work 
for you, let me know ASAP.
